This mother and daughter team armed with their love of animals, nature and the stong desire to leave fast paced city life behind and raise their family in a small town, packed up and headed two hours North of Los Angeles to a town famous for its "Four Seasons" - Tehachapi, California.

Mom grew up on a small ranch in San Diego California where her love of animals and nature was first discovered then passed on to her daughter Michele and now on to her four grandchildren.

On any given day these two might be seen hanging out with a potbellied pig and her babies, walking one of their five Great Pyrenees or Aussie Sheppards, horseback riding, gardening, playing with the kids or reading a book in the hammock.Now this mom and daughter travel the country buying, selling, raising and rescuing animals of all types and sizes. Their next project is to open a petting zoo for local and out of area children to share their love of animals and give children and their parents the chance to experience the country life they love so much
