Puppy Policy:
Puppies will be vet checked, given first puppy shot and wormed. They will come with a new toy, collar engraved name tag, and leash. All our puppies will be micro-chipped before they leave the farm. We pay to have the micro-chip implanted at our veterinarian’s office for $55.00, but it is the responsibility of the new owners to activate and register the micro-chip to their family which is an additional $25.00 fee. Puppies being shipped will also include health certificate and travel crate.

Payment Policy:
We require ½ down for the deposit. We accept: PayPal, cash, cashier’s check or personal check for deposit only. Once a deposit is received the puppy is yours. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE – So please make sure you are ready to accept the responsibility of a new puppy in your life. Using PAYPAL is the best way to leave a deposit because it is an “instant payment”. There is an additional charge of 1.5% to use PAYPAL.

Shipping Policy:
We ship puppies when it is BEST for them not YOU. We ship through American Airlines out of Los Angeles International Airport. We allow puppies to sleep in crates (with the doors open) to get used to them for travel – Therefore please do not expect the crates to look NEW when they arrive to you. If you only want a brand new one there is an additional charge of $45.00 – We think it is best to ship puppies in crates they are familiar with and comfortable in. We charge $300.00 for shipping. Therefore make sure when the date gets closer you can arrive at a moment’s notice to the airport or have a friend or family member there. Shipping can be tricky depending on what the temp is in your city or layover city. We will be in close contact with you during these times.

New Arrival Puppy Checklist:
We recommend the following checklist when picking up your puppy:
#1) Diaper Wipes and Plastic Bags (for any accidents)
#2) Towel s for the bottom of the crate – please throw the one we ship with them away if it is dirty.
#3) fresh water – food and water bowls are inside the crate for easy feeding and watering when they arrive.
#4) Puppy Cologne.
